THERAPISTS
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans based on their unique needs and goals.
- Provide empathetic and non-judgmental support to clients as they navigate their mental health challenges.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Continuously engage in professional development and stay updated with the latest research and therapeutic techniques.
- Work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated client care.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a therapist (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience and competence in conducting therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish a therapeutic rapport with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Empathy, compassion, and a genuine commitment to supporting the well-being of clients.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
NURSES
We are currently hiring nurse practitioners (NP), physician assistants (PA), registered nurses (RN) & licensed practical nurses (LPN).
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct intake/discharge
- Assessments
- Develop treatment plans
- Provide therapy to individuals and groups
- Provide additional nursing/PA services as necessary
SUPPORT STAFF
If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting the mental health field, we invite you to consider joining our dynamic and caring practice.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere upon their arrival.
- Manage client appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Assist in maintaining electronic records and ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as managing phone calls, responding to emails, and handling general inquiries.
- Collaborate with therapists and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Support therapists in various administrative tasks, such as preparing client documents, organizing files, and managing billing processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics in handling sensitive client information.
- Contribute to creating a positive and supportive environment for both clients and staff.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administration is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic scheduling systems and basic office software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy, compassion, and a customer service-oriented approach.
- Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Previous experience in a medical or mental health office is preferred but not required.
